Well, well, well, it seems like Klarna has found a way to replace 700 humans with a virtual assistant powered by OpenAI. I guess that’s one way to cut down on the office Christmas party expenses! But seriously, it’s an impressive feat, and it shows just how far AI has come. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll all be replaced by virtual assistants. But until then, let’s just enjoy the ride and hope that our AI overlords are kind and benevolent.
